Staff engagement
Our Staff Engagement Group promotes staff engagement by providing an additional means through which staff members can raise issues about actions or decisions that affect them and the services they provide. We regularly hold All staff briefings to keep everyone informed and aligned. These sessions, along with our weekly staff newsletter and intranet, are key parts of our commitment to transparency and open communication.
Staff networks
We have several staff network communities at NHS Resolution.
Diversity Matters: An active forum to promote inclusion and celebrate diversity in a safe and supportive environment.
Disability Matters: An active forum to promote the awareness of disability and inclusion in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
The Pride and Progress Network: Offers a range of support to all staff, whether you are part of the LGBTQ+ community or joining the network as an ally.
Sustainability Network: Meets to discuss sustainability challenges at NHS Resolution and how we will begin to tackle them!
Social activities and groups: To help you stay connected, both with each other and with the outside world. There are lots of staff-led groups and activities for fun things to do.
Staff recognition
The Staff Suggestion scheme is an opportunity for staff to propose ideas or changes to any aspect of NHS Resolution’s activities. We encourage innovative suggestions on improving efficiency, saving time and/ or money, improving work processes, making the organisation more sustainable or facilitating customer care/member satisfaction.
We recognise that a culture of appreciation creates a ripple effect of goodwill, encouraging open communication and mutual respect among colleagues reinforcing our PEER values. Embracing the power of appreciation transforms the workplace into a place where individuals feel valued, supported and motivated, propelling the organisation towards greater achievements and collective success. We have initiatives, such as our Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year schemes, which are designed to foster a culture of appreciation and recognise the contributions of your colleagues at NHS Resolution.
