Interview skills workshop

Open to all staff, our Interview skills workshops are an opportunity to explore the skills needed for competency-based interviews, consider frequently asked questions and how best to prepare.  

The objectives of the workshop are to:

•    Identify what employers are seeking and how to present yourself as an employee of choice
•    Understand what a competency-based interview entails
•    Identify competencies from a job description
•    Develop robust examples of competencies
•    Conduct yourself professionally and confidently at interview.
