NHS Resolution coaches

NHS Resolution has a pool of trained coaches who are available as a development opportunity for all staff. All coaches participate in ongoing professional development and coaching supervision in order to continuously maintain and develop their skills. If you wish to book coaching sessions with one of our coaches, contact them directly by clicking on their profile shown below.

Coaching is a confidential, one-to-one relationship that offers a non-directive form of guidance in relation to a range of situations in the workplace. A coach uses a combination of observation, questioning, listening, and feedback to better assess strength as well as areas for development. The benefits of coaching can include an increase self-awareness, personal effectiveness, resourcefulness and resilience.
