The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Education Support Administrator to join our Education Team at NHS Resolution. Based in Leeds or home worker, this permanent full-time role provides vital administrative and technical support for our education programmes aimed at healthcare professionals and NHS leaders.
The post holder will collaborate closely with the Education Support Co-ordinator and be line managed by the Education Programme Executive.
What you’ll bring
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for digital and face-to-face education delivery, including logistics coordination, venue booking, and technical support (e.g. MS Teams breakout rooms).
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as subject matter experts, trainers, event delegates, and partner organisations.
- Issue and manage evaluation surveys and support pre- and post-event planning and reporting.
- Support the creation and maintenance of educational materials, presentations, databases, and stakeholder contact lists.
- Monitor resource levels, manage supplies and orders, and coordinate printing and dispatch of materials.
- Offer frontline customer service and respond to enquiries via email, phone and in person.
- Assist in quality assurance, data analysis, and measuring training effectiveness.
What we’re looking for
The role will include activities such as:
- Supporting delivery of digital training, including setting up of break out rooms, on the day event support, provision of training for trainers in related software, assisting with new product design for online materials.
- In the case of face to face training tasks might include but are not limited to liaising with, clients, booking venues/meeting rooms, external suppliers, making accommodation bookings, ordering refreshments, assisting in the production and maintenance of educational materials and presentation slides, providing on the day virtual event support via MS Teams including the management of break out rooms, basic data entry, checking various corporate stakeholder contact databases for accuracy; inputting and/or downloading data (usually evaluation feedback and workshop registrations); ordering relevant stationery, printing and collating educational materials, couriering materials to relevant venues, setting up and down training rooms.
- Issuing and managing survey evaluations and pre and post education event administration and planning.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritise and organise a varied and busy workload.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve business targets set.
- Demonstrating ownership and responsibility for self-development on a continuous basis, evidencing this through the annual appraisal process and accompanying personal development plan.
- Willing to undertake on-the-job and other training as required.
